Care of Cheese
Proper storage of your cheeses will help maintain its original
quality. It should be refrigerated upon arrival, and unopened, the
cheese will keep for 6-8 weeks. Once opened, it is best to store the
remaining cheese in saran wrap or an airtight container. Storing
cheese in the lower level of your refrigerator will help prevent it from
drying out.
